Ordering and delivery details:
Using Our Online Store (Local Line):
We use Local Line, an e-commerce platform designed specifically for farms, to manage our online orders.
Wholesale Access: Our wholesale availability lists are password-protected. Please ensure you are logged in with your wholesale account to access them. Retail lists do not require a password.
Price Lists: We typically maintain three separate price lists: current week, next week, and the following week. Please order from the appropriate list, as each has its own inventory.
Inventory Updates: We update our inventory on Tuesdays and Fridays as new blooms become available.
Account Management: Your account allows you to manage your delivery address, saved payment information, and view past orders.
Ordering Guidelines:
No Order Minimums: We currently have no minimum order size. However, for delivery orders under $300, we may need some flexibility regarding the delivery day to optimize our delivery routes.
Order Deadline: All orders must be placed by 7:00 AM the business day before your desired delivery date (and Friday for a Monday delivery). This allows us ample time to harvest your flowers fresh.
Online Ordering Preferred: Please place your orders through our online store (Local Line). This is the most efficient way for us to manage inventory and ensure accuracy. We maintain separate inventory lists for different weeks, so please order from the appropriate list.
Special Orders: We welcome special order inquiries via email. However, please note that our availability beyond two to three weeks out is a conservative guess. Special orders are best suited for large quantities of a specific flower or a custom color palette (with flexibility on specific blooms).
Communication: Phone calls and text messages are welcome for questions or delivery coordination, but please place your orders online. This helps us avoid missed or forgotten orders, as we do not have dedicated office staff.
Pickup and Delivery Details:
Farm Pickup: Farm pickup is available, typically Monday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time so we can meet you at the barn.
Milwaukee-Area Delivery: We deliver throughout the Milwaukee area Monday through Friday, primarily on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Delivery on other days is usually possible a little later in the afternoon.
Chicago Delivery: We offer delivery to Chicago through the Chicago Flower Market.
Madison Delivery: We are working on establishing a regular delivery route to Madison and hope to offer weekly service soon. In the meantime, we may be able to arrange a meeting point in Oconomowoc.
Waukesha, Walworth, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee Counties Delivery: We deliver to most Southeastern Wisconsin counties on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays, coordinating deliveries based on order volume each week.
Fox Valley & Green Bay Delivery: We hope to add a regular delivery route to the Fox Valley and Green Bay area in 2026. For now, we may be able to accommodate orders over $600 with flexible delivery times and potentially a central meeting point.
