Locally Grown Blooms from Our Wisconsin Farm
We grow a beautiful array of flowers and foliage right here in Southeastern Wisconsin, from familiar favorites to unique varieties that will inspire your designs. Our seasonal availability list is constantly updated, ensuring you always have access to the freshest blooms.
Give your designs a fresh edge. We grow an array of flower shop favorites as well as those ephemeral beauties that aren't up to the shipping process. Think poppies that open, zinnias that aren't crushed, sweet peas on the vine, dahlias in all their glory, ruffled lisianthus, and those open-faced snapdragons. Yeah, we do all of that!
Post-Harvest Standards:
- Clean Buckets: Always! Feels like we shouldn't have to say this...but we do.
Optimal Harvest Time: We harvest each variety at the ideal stage of development.
Variety-Specific Post-Harvest Care: We use the appropriate post-harvest conditioning techniques for each flower type.
- Hydration: Flowers are kept in water in our cooler until delivery (with a few industry-standard exceptions).
Bunching standards:
10 Stems: Most single-stemmed flowers (e.g. snaps, zinnias, tulips)
5 Stems: Premium products (e.g. large dahlias, tall foxgloves, large coxcombs)
15 Stems: Smaller, daintier blooms (e.g. sweet peas, bunny tails, geum)
Grower's Bunch (Variable): Items that have a variable amount of blooms/greenery per stem (e.g. lisianthus, bupleurum, eucalyptus)
Grower's Bunch (Handful): Flowers harvested by the handful (e.g. mint, grasses, native wildflowers)
